Good Times in Central Pennsylvania

Early season provided us with great Quill Gordon fishing in the Pine Creek valley and a few choice German Browns.
Always a blast fishing the limestone waters of Pennsylvania.
As usual you never know what your going to get during the transitional seasons. We had plenty ‘O rain in May and had to postpone our trips until the heavy flows subsided.
Penn’s was cold and high but we managed to catch fish on big nymphs. The J made for some good Sulphur hatches at dusk. The blue bird skies put off the bite during the day although some top-water action could be found in slow heavily shaded areas. Next on the list Cicadas!
